Before work begins
You approve a fixed-price quote before we start. If you decide not to proceed before any work has begun, there is nothing to pay.
Revisions
Every deliverable includes reasonable free revisions to make sure the work matches what was agreed. Most concerns are resolved this way rather than through a refund.
If something goes wrong
If we fail to deliver what was agreed and cannot put it right through revision, we will refund the fee in full or in fair proportion to the work not delivered. Because our services are bespoke and begin once you approve the quote, we cannot refund work that has been completed to the agreed scope simply because the statistical result was not the outcome you hoped for — honest analysis reports what the data show.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your project details and the reason. We aim to resolve refund requests within ten working days.
