Your data
Uploads are emailed to us and removed from the server straight away — nothing is kept on the website or in its database. We will sign an NDA or data processing agreement before you send anything sensitive.

How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within one working day. The reply names the statistician assigned, the deliverables, the deadline and the price.
Do I have to attach my data?
No. A description of the project is enough for most quotes. Attaching the dataset simply lets us quote more precisely, particularly where cleaning may be needed.
What happens to a file I upload?
It is emailed straight to our inbox and deleted from the server immediately. Nothing is stored on the website or in its database.
Is there any obligation?
None. You receive a fixed price and a deadline, and decide from there. There is no charge for the quote.
Can I just email instead?
