Our services
We provide statistics, data-analysis, research-methods and related support services, and free online tools. All paid services are agreed on a fixed-price basis and delivered by email.
Quotes and payment
We provide a fixed-price quote before any work begins; work starts only once you accept it. Individuals may pay online; organisations may pay by invoice with a purchase order and 30-day terms. Prices are in pounds sterling.
Revisions
Each deliverable includes reasonable free revisions to clarify or correct the work delivered. Substantial changes of scope may be quoted separately.
Academic integrity
Our services support your own work. We do not produce assignments, essays, dissertations or any work to be submitted for assessment as your own, and we do not guarantee grades, awards or publication. See what we will and will not do. You are responsible for using our support in line with your institution’s policies.
The free tools
Our online calculators are provided for general guidance and education. While we take care over their accuracy, they are offered without warranty, and you should verify results before relying on them for important decisions.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
You retain ownership of the data and documents you send us. On full payment, the deliverables we produce for you are yours to use. We keep your data and project details confidential.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any service is limited to the fee paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
