What we collect
When you enquire or use our services we may collect your name, email address, organisation, the details of your project, and any data or documents you choose to send us for analysis. Our website sets only the minimal cookies needed to function and to keep the site secure.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and deliver any service you request (lawful basis: performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We use data you send us solely to carry out the analysis you have asked for. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project data only for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted. Datasets you send for analysis are deleted once the project is complete, unless you ask us to retain them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details on our contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
We handle your data confidentially and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. Where an organisation requires it, we will sign a data-processing or confidentiality agreement.
